Fastest way to contact for a refund is using the contact button on the home page.
Any product defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving said item.
Non-glass items may be returned if unopened, within 30 days for a full refund, minus a 3% restocking fee (unless applied as store credit). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
All sales on glass items are final, refunds can be dealt with on a case-to-case basis using our contact page.
There are no written or expresses warranties. All warranties are from manufacturer and their guidelines are to be followed.
We can not be liable for the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Any refunds given due to incorrect shipping/billing information on buyers behalf will be subject to a 7% restocking fee.
